An interactive business development programme helping entrepreneurs understand, analyse, and grow their businesses through experiential learning, peer collaboration, and real-world assignments.
Module 2 helps entrepreneurs develop deep customer understanding — identifying customer groups, mapping needs, building empathy, and conducting real customer conversations to grow their businesses.
Module 3 takes entrepreneurs from customer observation into active customer discovery — conducting real interviews, using mobile technology, and transforming customer problems into validated MVP opportunities ready for Module 4 innovation.
Module 4 transforms customer opportunities into testable MVPs. Participants learn to design solutions, build minimum viable products, test them with real customers using WhatsApp and smartphone tools, analyze results, and make evidence-based improvement decisions.

Compassion, empathy and ICT will lead you through reflections of your own experiences toward empathy with your new ICT learners. This course is approximately 2 hours in length. In this course, you will recall and reflect on your own emotions and fears around failure replace your negative self talk with compassionate speech learn the impact of learning from failure envision the lives of your participants strategize on methods to support them in their own journey from fear to learning
